The Town of Koshkonong has almost completed the Koshkonong Mounds Road improvement project. There is now a three way stop at the intersection of Koshkonong Mounds Road and Vinnie Ha Ha. Traffic in this area needs to be alert to the new signs for the safety of all that travel this road.
The Town of Koshkonong website has been updated with several new links.
The Sex Offender Ordinance section has been updated with some very valuable information. Our Town Board Supervisor Stacy Kutz has put together several articles pertaining to sex offenders housed in the town. Please check out these links for information on sex offenders in the Town of Koshkonong. Thank you to Supervisor Kutz for her time and energy to provide this information for our residents.
The Mush-Ko-Se-Day section has also been updated to include interesting information on our town park. Information on the plantings throughout the park and a map have been added to help identify areas of interest in the park. Check out the photos and park information in the links. Thank you again to Supervisor Kutz and the park committee for providing this for our website.
The Town of Koshkonong is enforcing the “No Parking” ordinance in residential areas. Parking in the right-of-way is not allowed in subdivisions and residential areas of the Town. The Town also recognizes the need for extra parking in these areas for special events, such as parties, graduations, reunions and related gatherings. The Town will allow parking in the right-of-way in these areas provided the resident has secured a “Special Event Parking Permit”. This will allow one time parking for the event on ONE side of the street only. The resident will be required to keep the opposite side of the street open. There is currently no charge for this permit. Please contact the clerk’s office for more information. Kim Cheney, Town Clerk 920-563-4510.
